Exchange Policy

Is my purchase eligible for return/exchange? How do I return/exchange?

Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions: 

  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.
  • To be eligible for return, goods must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging along with the purchase proof
  • Shipping Cost is non-refundable.
  • For returning a package, please e-mail at connect.guman@gmail.com with the subject "Returns" and include your order number, name and the reason for return.
  • If you would prefer items in another colour or size, please just return the items you don’t need and place a new order on guman.in. 

  • Products purchased during sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Customised products will not be eligible for exchanges or returns.

  • Products purchased using a credit note will not be eligible for exchanges or returns.

  • Remember that you must always send the item(s) you wish to return within 15 days, before the return period expires. If you have requested a return and it has not been processed correctly, please contact us so that we can help you try again.

  • If you wish to modify or cancel your return request, please contact us so that we can process it.

  • We Return & Exchange only once.
If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 15 days of delivery with the following information: - 

Order number - Delivery address - Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item

You may contact us via email at Connect@guman.in or call our customer care at +91 9667520085 from Monday to Friday, between 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours. 

 

  • A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

  • You may also send back the products to us within 4 working days. Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/ written on your return parcels with  ग़uman Return/Exchange - order number.
  • Customers are recommended to keep proof of postage when returning the package to avoid 'lost packaging" situations.

  • It can take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which courier service you use.
    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 72 hours to ensure you receive your Credit Note as quickly as possible. You will be sent a confirmation email.

When shall I expect the exchanged/returned item ?
Once the item dispatched from your end reaches our warehouse, the replacement product will be shipped out to you and will reach you in our standard delivery time i.e. 5-10 working days for domestic shipments.

Credit Note

  • Once our team conducts a quality check at our warehouse, we will offer you a credit note.
  • The credit note is equivalent to the value of the order minus QC and restock charges of INR 150 plus COD charges, if any.  
  • We offer credit notes only.  As a policy, we do not offer cash refunds. 
  • The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance

 

Terms & Conditions

  •  Credit notes for any returns or exchanges will only be sent to the registered email address or the email address that has been used to make the purchase.

  • Replacements will be offered based on availability of product. If we don't have the replacement product, we'll be happy to offer you a credit note.

  • Proportionate shipping will be refunded in the form of credit note only if it meets our conditions for a free return i.e. a quality or wrongly delivered product.
